Experience
My banking experience includes drafting and reviewing financing and security documents, and assessing legal risks relating to performance of obligations and security. In corporate and project matters, I have also analysed the consistency of security and guarantee provisions with the underlying contract. My work in this area focuses on the legal documentation of financing, the parties’ obligations, and security arrangements.
