My experience in construction and project contracts covers variations, delays, payments and claims arising at the signing and performance stages. I have worked on scope of work, additional works, extensions of time, delay liability, retention, security, insurance, and contractual health and safety obligations. Working with project and business teams, I have provided legal support to reflect contract terms in notices, correspondence, and performance records.

• Drafting and reviewing main contracts, subcontracts and project contracts, and supporting negotiations.
• Preparing legal documentation for scope of work, additional works, variations, and extensions of time.
• Analysing payment, handover, retention, security, and liability provisions.
• Drafting notices, claims and responses throughout a project, and tracking contractual deadlines and supporting records.
