Experience

I have worked on drafting legal claims and objections, establishing the sequence of events and documents, organising evidence, and conducting negotiations. In in-house roles, I have assessed claim and notice procedures, coordination with external legal advisers, and settlement options. In independent legal practice, I have represented clients before courts and public authorities. My approach is to assess the desired outcome together with its legal basis, supporting evidence, and possible route to enforcement.
