Experience

I have worked on procurement and contractor relationships in mining and construction. As a member of a tender commission, I took part in the legal review of procurement documents, evaluation records, minutes, approvals, and award documentation. My experience also includes supplier contracts, internal approvals, permit matters, and legal correspondence with public authorities. I focus on consistency between the legal basis for a procurement decision and the subsequent contract and performance documents.
