Experience

My contract experience covers a range of business models, from banking and mining operations to construction and project arrangements. I have worked on payment, scope of work, delivery and acceptance, liability, security, variation, and termination provisions. Alongside making legal amendments to draft contracts, I have analysed counterparties’ proposals and prepared negotiating positions and alternative terms. I focus on aligning the signed text with obligations the parties can carry out in practice.
