Experience

My in-house legal experience has included reviewing ownership structures, management control, share transfer documents, and decisions requiring specific consent. I have provided legal support for corporate reorganisations and transactions, reviewed documents, and identified decision-making authority. In business partner relationships, I look beyond ownership percentages to who makes decisions, who has signing authority, and what obligations each party assumes.
